A turntable genius who is burning up the underground airwaves while producing his own mixtapes as well as breaking new artists, DJ Krunch One is keeping the party jumping and he is just getting started. Krunch One, a Miami native, has been keeping the bass thumping and the heads nodding since the early 80s. He first discovered his passion for music in the eighth grade, spinning, scratching, and mixing, and has been involved with it ever since. As a member of the prolific, renown, and much beloved Sugarhill DJs, who he partnered up with after meeting it’s founding member the late DJ Uncle Al in a deejay battle, Krunch One has been a major player in the Miami music scene watching it explode from the frontline. Over the years DJ Krunch One has garnered experience as an artist, producer, and of course a DJ.

These experiences have allowed him to be an active participant in the industry where he has blazed his trail all over Florida from the bottom to the top. Having spun with some of the hottest artists in the business over the years such as Too Short, Goodie MOB, Trick Daddy and the Dunk Ryders, Brisco, Flo Rida, Fabo, Blood Raw, Dj Unk, Rick Ross, Haitian Fresh, Genuwine, Urban Mystic, and Baby Boy Da Prince to name a few. Krunch has definitely confirmed that he is the DJ to see if you are coming to his city. After spending a few years keeping the city on fire in Orlando, Krunch moved back to Miami and launched the “Take Back” radio show. His years in the industry made the move to radio a natural progression. The “Take Back” show one of the biggest underground radio shows in the world with it’s high energy no hold barred style and “true to the streets” mindset makes the show a must hear.

The show which focuses on introducing local artist in the market and ensuring that some of the most buzz worthy indie artists see exposure on radio has exploded! Krunch One’s enthusiasm and sincere love for his city and it's artist on their grind has proven that he is the voice of the streets. His versatility and sincerity in helping those around him see success has drawn thousands of listeners who have followed the “Take Back” show’s move from underground pirate radio to mainstream internet radio ( www.305xr.com ) in 2008. DJ Krunch One, who had teamed up with Brother Marquis of 2 Live Crew notoriety, was prepared to bring the streets of Miami to the world with the “Take Back Radio Show " That he started in Jan. 2006 and is still going strong now with his own Underground and internet radio station 107.1fm Street Connect Radio. As well as starting The now well known Street Connect Djs Dj Meat. The two has put a squad of up unknown up and coming djs into superstars. Already claiming awards in 2010 & 2011 Dj Krunch One and His Street Connect Djs has captured worldwide dominance as they break underdog artist on they way !!!! Finishing out 2011 Krunch dropped his own street album titled " Clubs & Drugs " which he dedicated to his best friend & mentor Dj Uncle Al. In 2012 Dj Krunch One started the year off at a strong pace by receiving Bigga Rankin's 2012 Legendary DJ Diamond Award. He also has signed with Flo Rida's Label I.M.G. Strong Arm & is now working on " Clubs & Drugs " 2.
